At Deep Breath Co., we are dedicated to helping South Africans breathe freely. Please note that we currently only ship within the borders of South Africa.

Order Processing

• Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• Order Volumes: Please note that processing times may be affected by high order volumes.

• Confirmation: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

• Estimated Delivery: Once processed, your order will take approximately 8–11 business days to be delivered to your door.

• Total Arrival Time: You can generally expect your Inhale Device to arrive within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase.

• Regional Factors: While we aim for these timelines, deliveries to outlying or rural areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your Inhale Device has been handed over to our local courier partners, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your notification.

Shipping Destinations

• Domestic Only: We ship to all nine provinces within South Africa.

• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your delivery address (including suburb and postal code) is 100% correct at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.
